1.Scope Of Work
The Company Shall Design, Fabricate, And Install Wooden Exhibition Stalls As Per The Finalized Design And Approved Specifications. Any Additional Work Outside The Agreed Scope Shall Be Chargeable And Will Require A Separate Written Approval.
2.Design & Approval
All Designs Will Be Submitted To The Client For Approval. Work Will Commence Only After Written/Email Confirmation Is Received. Any Delay In Approval May Impact Project Timelines And Delivery.
3.Pricing & Quotation
- All Prices Quoted Are Exclusive Of 18% GST, Unless Otherwise Specified.
- The Quotation Is Valid For 15 Days From The Date Of Issuance.
- Any Changes In Design, Size, Material Or Layout After Quotation Approval Will Incur Additional Charges.
4.Payment Terms
- A. 50% Advance Payment At The Time Of Work Order Confirmation.
- B. 50% Payable Upon On-Site Installation, Prior To Handover.
- C. Payments Must Be Made Via Neft/Rtgs/Cheque. Late Payments Shall Attract An Interest Of 18% Per Month.
5.Delivery Timelines
The Company Will Strive To Complete The Project Within The Agreed Timeframe. However, Delays Due To Circumstances Beyond Our Control (E.G. Venue Restrictions, Weather, Strikes) Will Not Be Considered A Breach Of Contract.
6.Client Responsibilities
- Provide Accurate Stall Layout And Booth Details.
- Secure All Necessary Permits And Approvals From Event Organizers.
- Ensure Timely Access To The Venue For Material Unloading And Installation.
- Confirm Availability Of Power, Lighting, And Other Utilities As Required.
7.No Team Member From Sanyog Media Concepts Shall Pick Up, Transport, Or Place Your Company’s Products In The Product Showcase Or Elsewhere Within The Stall. This Responsibility Lies Solely With Your Team Or Representatives. Please Ensure Necessary Arrangements Are Made Accordingly.
8.Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Before Fabrication Is Non-Refundable.
- Cancellation After Fabrication Starts: 70% To 80% Of Project Cost Will Be Billed, Depending On Progress.
- In Case Of Cancellation By The Exhibition Organizer Or Force Majeure, Only Actual Costs Incurred Will Be Recovered.
9.Material & Quality
All Materials Used Shall Be Of Standard Commercial Quality, Unless Specified Otherwise. The Company Is Not Responsible For Wear And Tear, Misuse, Or Damage Caused By Third Parties Or Environmental Conditions.
10.Dismantling & Disposal
- Dismantling And Material Removal After The Exhibition Shall Be Conducted By The Company Unless Agreed Otherwise.
- Charges For Dismantling And Storage (If Applicable) Are Not Included In Fabrication Costs Unless Specified.
11.Insurance & Risk
The Company Shall Not Be Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Exhibits, Equipment, Or Any Personal Belongings During Or After The Installation. Clients Are Advised To Insure Their Products Separately.
12.Ownership Of Design
All Designs And Drawings Provided By Sanyog Media Concepts Remain The Intellectual Property Of The Company. Unauthorized Reproduction Or Use Is Strictly Prohibited Without Written Consent.
13.Force Majeure
The Company Shall Not Be Liable For Any Failure Or Delay In Performing Its Obligations Due To Events Beyond Its Reasonable Control, Including But Not Limited To Natural Disasters, Strikes, Or Government Restrictions.
14.Limitation Of Liability
Our Liability Is Limited To The Amount Paid By The Client For The Specific Project. We Shall Not Be Liable For Indirect Or Consequential Damages Under Any Circumstances.
Terms & Conditions – For Shell Scheme Booth
1.The Print File For Shell Scheme Booth Will Be Provided By The Client According To The Size Of The Stall. If Walls Graphic Design Is Made By Us Then Charges Will Be Extra.
2.Branding In The Shell Scheme Booth Will Be Install By 11.50 Pm On The First Night Of The Exhibition Opening Date, Due To The Presence Of Dust In The Wooden Stall Fabrication In The Exhibition Hall, If The Branding Is Done Earlier Then The Dust Gets Accumulated On The Branding.
3.If The Customer Wants To Take The Flax Or Satin Fabric Branding With Him, He Can Remove The Branding From The Frame At The End Of The Exhibition. The Iron Frame Or Wooden Frame Is Our Property.
4.The Organizers Will Take Responsibility For The Lights, Walls And Furniture At The Stall. We Will Neither Repair It Nor Tamper With It.
5.on Time Service ( Printing, Installation ) Have Extra Charges.
